Frequently Asked Questions
Do you enroll all year long?
Yes. Village Montessori offers flexible, year-round enrollment for our families. We welcome new students into our prepared environments during any month of the year, even well after the school term has begun. We are always here to support your family's timeline.
How far in advance should I register?
To secure your child's spot, we recommend registering 30 to 60 days before your desired start date. Because classroom spaces are limited and filled in the order that applications are received, submitting your registration and enrollment fee early is the best way to ensure availability for your family.
Are student immunizations required?
Yes. To ensure the health and safety of our entire community, Village Montessori requires standard school immunizations as mandated by Florida regulations. Please note that the COVID-19 vaccine is not required for enrollment.
Does my child need to be independently toileting to join the school?
Independent toileting depends on your child's age program:Toddler Program (16–36 months): No. Our educators work closely with families to gently guide and support children through this natural developmental milestone when they show readiness.
Primary Program (3–6 years old): Yes. Children entering our Primary classrooms must be fully independent with their toileting to seamlessly participate in the environment.
How much is the enrollment fee?
The enrollment fee is $1,300 per 12-month period. To support our returning families, we offer a 20% discount on this fee when you participate in our early re-enrollment period in February each year.
If I enroll mid-year, do I pay the full enrollment fee?
Yes, the initial fee is paid in full to secure your child's placement. However, when you re-enroll, your account will be credited for the prorated difference. This ensures you never pay more than $1,300 total within a 12-month calendar year.
